Yes, simply wash your Nubra® with mild soap and warm water. Once dried, place them back into the original tray and cover it with the lid to keep foreign particles away or hang to dry with hoisery hangers. Please refer to cleaning instructions.

The state-of-the-art adhesive is not water soluble and the NuBra cups will be tacky and sticky once they dry. Please refer to cleaning and care instructions.

If you follow the proper instructions to put on your NuBra, it will stay on securely even if you perspire. Remember not to use powders, moisturizers, cosmetics, sun block, oils, or fragrances anywhere near the chest prior to applying your NuBra.

Order your usual bra cup size without any padding. If you are  between sizes, then it is recommended that you choose a smaller size because the adhesive surface needs to be in full contact with your breast skin in order to function properly. NuBra Size Chart here.

Due to personal hygiene concerns, we are not able to accept any returns or exchanges. Nubra is considered as intimate apparel. The plastic cradle that keeps the bra cups are sealed to indicate that the adhesive bra cups have not been used or tampered with.

This will depend on how well you follow the cleaning and caring instructions. The usage of NuBra can be up to 70 applications. The process of putting on your NuBra, taking it off is consider one time application. During wearing and trying to find the right angle, each adjustment of putting it on and taking it off is consider one time application. So if you tried 3 times before getting the ideal position, that is considered 3 applications.

Some factors which may affect the NuBra adhesive (non exhaustive):
- If the adhesive come into contact with any other surface other than a clean skin.
- If the adhesive touches other surfaces, the adhesive will wear off even after cleaning. Dirt cannot be removed from the adhesive. Commonly found dirt are like dead skin, dust, very fine body hair, fabric, fiber, lint etc.
- There are application of lotion, moisturizer, fragrance, powder, or oil anywhere near the chest area prior to applying the NuBra
- The adhesive was being pricked by sharp objects or nail
- During drying, the NuBra was kept in a hot place
- During drying, the NuBra was placed in a dusty environment
- The NuBra was not washed immediately after removing
- The NuBra was not kept in the box immediately after drying
- The NuBra was stored in a hot/humid environment
- NuBra cleanser was not used during washing
- The NuBra was not rolled off gently. Therefore parts of the adhesive was being detached from the silicone when taking off the NuBra
- Wear and tear. The more times the NuBra is being used, the strengh of the adhesive will fade accordingly.

Only the Original NuBra, Original Silicone Push UpNuBra and NuBra Beach are waterproof. The product will not soak up water. However, the adhesive quality will be compromised if the adhesive surface is in contact with foreign substances such as sand, lint, oil, and lotion.
